Victoria's Secret Supermodel Replaces Megan Fox in Transformer 3

While Gfest thinks this woman is incredibly hot, we have always have been Megan Fox whores.  With that being said, it would be rude not give her a chance to win Gfest over.

Here's a brief bio. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley made her debut on the runway in New York in 2004. Prior to be a Victoria's Secret model, Rosie was featured on the cover of fabulous magazines like Teen Vogue and Elle Girl. In 2006, she walked in her Victoria's Secret show  and this year she became an Angel for the brand which is an amazing honor.

Geek Week is reporting that Huntington-Whiteley has been cast as the replacement for Megan Fox in the next round of big ass robots fighting their war on our planet. The news came through this evening that the model — who is currently dating Jason Statham — will play a yet to be announced character. Hopefully, this rat-bastard doesn't turn out to be a clingy, pain-in-the-ass like Brian Austin Green.

Mythical Creature that Likes to Eat Beaver Found in Canada.

The strange and rather horrible-looking body of, er ... something ... was found in Big Trout Lake up in Northern Ontario. No one quite knows what it is, but guesses include various cryptids like the Chupacabra as well as more mundane beasts like a dead river otter, or possibly a bear cub.

Some locals say it could also be a semi-legendary omajinaakoos, a creature that apparently used to roam Northern Ontario eating beavers and otters ... or maybe that's just a myth, too. Cryptomundo is calling it the Bald Beast of Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug.

Joker iPad Decal Will Make You Smile, Seriously

How Gfest longs for an iPad.  All we want to do is hold it and play with it and touch it and caress it. Seriously, We're talking about an iPad here.  Dirty birds!

Now BackGLASS on Etsy makes Gfest want an iPad even more.  Which we didn't think was even possible. I mean come on this Joker iPad decal is simply awesome and beautiful.

New 75th Anniversary DC Variant Cover Featuring the Joker!!

Gfest announced earlier in the week that as part of a line-wide celebration of DC Comics’ 75th, they will be rolling out a number of special variant covers by some of the biggest names in the industry.

But these aren’t standard variants. No, these covers will take a classic image from DC’s illustrious history and present a new, re-imagined version by an all-star list of artists. To date, DC has unveiled a look at Mike Mingola’s take on the classic Detective Comics #168 cover, Eduardo Risso's take on Superman #233 and Lee Bermejo's Legion of Super-Heroes #294.

Yesterday, DC rolled out a classic cover to the Jerry Robinson’s Detective Comics #69 cover. This cover features  a looming Joker hovering over the Dynamic Duo.

The reinterpreted cover of  Detective Comics #69 is recreated by Walt Simonson and will serve as the variant to Detective Comics #866.

Man Escapes from Real Life Super Villainess

According to a police report, a 23 year-old man, his wife, and their three kids were heading towards Clarksville, Tennessee when an argument broke out between the man and his wife.

The husband, seemingly attempting to be logical, told his wife to “shut up.” She did not. So he did what anyone would do…leaped out of their car speeding along the highway.

The man was transported to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and was in critical, but stable, condition, according to The Leaf Chronicle.

Joker Side-Kick - Harley Quinn Never Looked So Good

Comic artist Oliver Nome drew this beautiful sketch of Harley Quinn.  The picture becomes even more impressive when you read his statemnt about the drawing on gelatometti blog.
"Hey ya'lls, here's a piece I did of 'Harley Quinn' for fun and practice. She's such a wacky and twisted character and is always a joy to draw.
I used Prismacolor cool grayscale markers for the graytones and a little bit of warm grays for her face and some red for the lips and eyes for that extra 'POP".
Anyhoo, hope you likes;)"
Gfest loves it Oliver!

ESPN's Erin Andrews Hotel Sex Tape - Done in LEGOs

Somebody was in the gfest spirit when they came up with the idea of combining the now famous sex tape that exists of ESPN personality Erin Andrews with the pure fun of LEGOs.  That is certainly a unique concept.  The production quality isn't exactly up to Stephen Speilberg standards, but it's not that bad either.

It's oddly interesting, and its kind of thrill when you first get to LEGO Erin in the nude.

Bender from Futurama Joins the Orange Lantern Corps!

Spinning out of the pages of Blackest Night, Bender, from Futurama has joined the Orange Lantern Corps.

When asked for a comment, Bender said "Mine"
Bender's Decision comes on the heels of President Barack Obama's recent decision to join the Blue Lantern Corps.
Who will be next?

So the Joker's Got a Boner

Gfest loves these old comic books.  Life for the poor bastard that laughed at Joker's boner is about to get very hard.

CW Confirms that Tess Mercer Will be Back on Smallville

The CW has announced that Smallville's nest season will be its last, but it also made a couple of other surprising casting announcements.  Chloe is gone, and Tess Mercer is back.  She got better.

The CW press release lists Tom Welling, Erica Durance, Justin Hartley and Cassidy Freeman as the four series regulars for season 10. Cassidy certainly is a surprise, as Tess Mercer was pretty clearly dead at the end of season 9, but the mysterious knitting Granny in the hall who slipped into her hospital room must have delivered her some Goodness to help her recover from that dreaded 24 death that's going around.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Allison Mack will not be a series regular for season 10, though she will return to wrap up Chloe's storyline.

Chloe Sullivan is FINALLY gone from Smallville

Allison Mack Is Leaving Smallville.  Good lord does it feel good to type that.  Like real, real good.

The CW also announced that Smallville's upcoming 10th season will be its last one, and it will end without one of its original stars. According to Entertainment Weekly, Mack will not be a series regular for season 10, though she will return to wrap up Chloe's storyline, and hopefully die a very painful death.

Gfest has never liked the addition of Chloe, as she was a brand new character to the Superman universe, mainly because of the writers have never known what to do with her, except make her suck of course.  For instance, she's currently Oracle.  That tells you that the writers just gave up trying to figure out what to do with her, and just openly copied Barbara Gordon's character.   Chloe will not be missed.

Mack is the only original cast member left other than Tom Welling.

Modern Family's Sexy Mom Shows Picture of Her Breasts on Talk Show

Julie Bowen, the sexy mom, on ABC’s acclaimed comedy "Modern Family", has to be the coolest mom and actress in Hollywood.

Last night she went on "Lopez Tonight", and when the topic of her two new babies came up, she showed a picture of them breast feeding.

The “Modern Family” star said she had taken the same picture onto her appearance at “The View,” but the ladies refused to air it.  Thank God George Lopez had no such problem on late night.  Click READ MORE to see the twins feeding the twins.

To date, DC has unveiled a look at Mike Mingola’s take on the classic Detective Comics #168 cover and Eduardo Risso's take on Superman #233.

Today, DC rolled out a classic cover to the Legion of Super-Heroes #294 which is the concluding chapter in “The Great Darkness Saga”  This cover features Gfest's favorite villain of all time the great and all powerful Darkseid.

  • The cost to purchase one copy of every Blackest Night related issue was $251. A recent eBay item which offered the same 75 comics, ended at $117.
  • Of the 5.7 million total comics sold, 2.9 million were written directly by Geoff Johns, with a total retail value of $10.4 million.
  • The Blackest Night event had 15 separate issues with sales of over 100,000.

  • In November, DC Comics began publishing a two issue Blackest Night story in six existing titles (Outsiders, Adventure Comics, REBELS, Booster Gold, Doom Patrol and Justice League of America). Fans that purchased the first of the two issues were given a free promotional lantern corps ring. Total sales for the second issues in these six titles fell by more than 120k copies, or 30%.
  • DC Comics offered promotional rings that represented each of the various lantern corps. The set of eight, which was free with purchase of the titles listed above, will cost you $15 to purchase on Amazon today.

Christopher Stewart of Walthall County, also known as "Batman," was sentenced to 278 months in a federal prison Tuesday by Judge Keith Starrett.

Fox's New Sunday Night Animated Show

In the tradition of The Simpsons and Family Guy, Fox’s new animated series Bob’s Burgers wrests its laughs from a madcap brood of irredeemably misguided goofballs. The midseason replacement, unveiled Monday at the network’s upfront presentation in New York City, is produced by Comedy Central’s by the same people that brought you Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist.

In the series, the titular patriarch (voiced by H. Jon Benjamin) is married to the lovely Linda (John Roberts) and with her ahs three kids: Tina (Dan Mintz), Gene (Eugene Mirman), and Louise  (Kristen Schaal). As advertised, they own a burger joint. Hilarity, presumably, is served with a side of fries.

Fox released a clip of the show that you can watch below.

Red Lantern & Red Arrow Variant Cover?

DC posted this cover today of Red Lantern Hal Jordan and Red Arrow Oliver Queen without any explanation.  Gfest wants to know what you think it means?

Sexy Miranda Kerr Topless in GQ

All Gfest can say about this GQ photo shoot with Miranda Kerr is sweet Jesus!

She's sexy, beautiful, erotic and my God is she flexible (you'll see this wonderful picture after the jump).

Miranda also has a heart of gold underneath those beautiful breasts.

According to the article she kindly suggested that GQ send an autographed copy of her latest feature in the mag to the Australian guy who was busted on live TV oogling steamy photos of her on the pages of the tomb a few months back.

Earlier this year, a young banker became an Internet phenomenon after he was caught looking at racy snaps of the Victoria’s Secret model at work. In fact, the poor sap was nearly fired until the outcry of online supporters convinced his bosses to let the incident slide.

Miranda was among those sympathetic to the cause. “It was a huge deal,” Kerr told GQ over tea in New York City. “I wasn’t offended. I just felt sorry for the poor guy.”

Blake Lively Makes Green Lantern Movie's Carol Ferris Look so Damn Hot

Gfest is very excited about the Green Lantern movie that will release next summer. Now we are even more excited for the Green Lantern Movie next summer.  Blake Lively is currently filming the movie “Green Lantern” playing leading lady Carol Ferris.

Vogue recently interviewed the gorgeous Blake Lively.
The comic book movie role is a departure from the norm for the actress best known for playing “Gossip Girl’s” Upper East Side resident blonde bombshell, Serena van der Woodsen — who isn’t used to high-powered action scenes.

“Our director likes it real — the fights close and dirty,” she told Vogue, noting she’s working with a stunt coordinator from several James Bond movies, as well as Cirque du Soleil acrobats to perfect her big screen battle techniques.

Yet, it’s not all pain and no gain for Blake.
“I’m 40 feet in the air, spiraling around. That’s the best workout you can ever do because it’s all core,” she continued. “You do that for ten minutes and you should see your body the next day! It’s so exhilarating, so thrilling—and nauseating.”
Who cares about Ryan Reynolds, CGI suit, or Hector Hammond.  For more sex and intoxicating pictures of Carol Ferris/Blake lively from her Vogue shoot click on read more.

Gfest's Top Five Last Supper Parodies

Last night was the second to last episode of LOST and gfest loved it.  We can't wait for Sunday when ABC will provide us with 45 straight hours of LOST programming.  The final season kicked off with the now famous LOST Last Supper Picture. Here are gfest's other Last Supper parodies that make our Top Five.

Apple Releases Greatest Product Yet - iPanties

Gfest worships at the alter of Steve Jobs.  We love Apple and we love their products.  We start to shake when we can't find our iPhone, and we'll take any job you offer (legal or not) in order to get ourselves an iPad.

But these iPanties may be the greatest and most simplest of Apple's inventions yet.  Men have been trying to figure out an easy way to get into women's panties for hundreds of years.  Leave it to Steve Jobs to figure out it could be as simple as - Slide to Unlock.
